A native Texan, David received his BA in Economics from The University of Texas, right here in Austin. An adventurer at heart, David and his wife moved to Vail, Colorado where they lived until 1996.

David threw himself into his career managing upscale commercial properties, with a strong emphasis on negotiating, budgeting and forcasting. Little did he know that this would prepare him to be a success in his long-time passion, real estate investing.

David now uses his business skills to help his investor clients get the highest possible return for their dollar by guiding them to sound investment properties based on their business goals. His keen knowledge of Austin real estate and the various neighborhoods helps him hone in on the best values and, when it comes time to sell - you can bet that David can price the property correctly to get it sold.
