1. Some Sellers fall in love with a price.

is, as the seller, you don't know all the details surrounding the homes

2. Some Sellers don't equate sales price with time on market.

want more than anything. To sell their home for the most money possible
and to do it quickly. However, sometimes those two objectives interfere
